Registration Types & Fees

• At least one author of each accepted paper must complete an Author Registration by 23:59, October 1, 2026 (GMT+8), in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
• Each registration includes a conference kit, coffee breaks, lunches, a banquet, a dinner, and access to all conference sessions.
• Once your registration is confirmed, the official Invitation Letter, Registration Fee Receipt can be downloaded from your Conference Dashboard.

Payment Options

• By AsiaPay: Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
• Bank transfer is available upon request. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact us at comp.inscrypt2026contact@polyu.edu.hk for the payment instructions.
  

Cancellation Policy

• If you need refund, please send email to comp.inscrypt2026contact@polyu.edu.hk before 23:59, October 1, 2026 (GMT+8). There will be a 50% deduction from each refund. Refund will be processed within 2-3 weeks after the conference. Refund requests after the due will not be accepted.

Insurance

• Participants are advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance, extending the policy to cover personal possessions. The conference does NOT provide insurance coverage for booking cancellations, theft, or damage to belongings.

• The conference reserves the right to adjust the program and arrangements without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances and shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused thereby.
